I recently posted here complaining about problems I experienced with a Supastud delivery.
It has since transpired, that the problem was largely on my side and I am clearly too daft to put an order together! Their attempts to get in touch with me by email got stuck in the firewall (probably thought Supastuds are something kinky ;-).
We have now managed to get in touch and sort out what I had and had not ordered (receipt was stuck in firewall too!) and I am in the process of ordering the items I have missed first time around. They have been really sweet and understanding about the whole thing.
I'd like to apologise for all the chaos caused.
 
haha oh dear, loving the idea that your Firewall didn't like Supastuds.
Of course, they used to do T-shirts with "I've screwed a Supastud" on them, so serves them right really! ;) ;)
I've always found them a brilliant company to deal with, fwiw.
