My baby girl who was 4 in May has such a character! I have taught her to "shake a hoof" but having to stop asking as much cos she following me round bangin her foot on the floor. lol
When I take her bridle off after work she loves a rub, I bend over and she thoroughly enjoys rubbing her nose on my back, both sides! ha
My friend said I shouldn't do it but I can't see any harm.
Anyone else do similar things with their babies?

I let Bob have a rub on my back after we've done some work (still have my back protector on!). I too have been told off for doing this but my horse, my rules!!!! I often stand for a good 10 mins rubbing around his eyes - he finds this very relaxing!

Psssssst - Anita - how is Oona?

Would love to see more piccies of her x

Sounds very sweet!

Re the nose rubbing: it can be a problem when horses do it in a harsh, ignorant manner, as obviously they can easily hurt someone, but from what you say your horse knows exactly what she is doing and is being careful so I can't see a problem! I often get a groom back when I am scratching a good spot!

remember you posting in the dogs room and would love to know how she is getting on!

I don't let mine rub but only because she's rough and either squashes me on the wall or knocks me over! I'm trying to teach her that if she stands and doesn't try to push me over I'll give her a good scratch and rub instead.
