My Baby Spanish's winning debut :)

I haven't posted a competition report on here for a few years so please be kind . Anyhoo I took my baby Spanish (rising 5) out today to a local centre to do prelim 7 (I say Spanish but she is actually PRExTB but takes after the Spanish more!) this is the first ridden comp she has been to and she was very well behaved! She kept spooking at the judges box however, but she tried really hard even getting an 8 for one of her canters! Imagine my surprise when I saw that we had won!! Cue lots of now for some pics

Thank you! We have been taking it slowly and did quite a few clinics beforehand so I'm not sure if she realised it was comp, lol. She is by Lengueto V out of a son of sharpshot mare.

She's lovely, congratulations! What a great start to her career.

Will you be mainly concentrating on dressage or will you try a bit of jumping too?

She will be mainly for dressage. I have a joint condition and my knees are pretty knackerd now so I can't jump anymore. Luckily she doesn't enjoy jumping either so we are made for each other .
