Warmed up slowly ready for the 1st test when there was suddenly someone on the floor on the other side of the warmup, horse had reared, plunged and bucked her off breaking her wrist (hope you are ok and not too broken if you are reading this). Settled back down again and went in to do N22. Was quite a nice test and he felt much more back on his hocks than he had done recently so was pleased to get 64.4%. Went into do 2nd test Nov 33 and as before when we have done this test I could feel him running away from me as the test progressed but it wasn't too bad until we turned to go up the centre line, went forward into halt and basically landed on our knees in front of the judge

. Patrick had tripped (he is the only pony I know who can trip in halt). So we picked ourselves back up laughing and saluted the judge who was also laughing. Talk about a finish you remember!

So after that I was pleased to get 62.2%. No idea where we came as we left before the class finished. And big bonus the rain held off until I was in the lorry driving home.

That's really good, you did really well. I hate seeing (or being on) rearing horses, it really is so dangerous, I hope the girl is ok too.

I think you did very well to keep your composure and get those scores. Dutchie was similar, if he wasn't concentrating could trip on his own foot!

Thank you - I have asked Patrick to leave the saluting to me in future but I don't think he listened to me.

See you on Sat not sure I will recognise you with your new blonde hair
