on Thursday when I go and ride for the first time in thirteen months, and then I am booked in to have a full body aromatherapy massage with crystal treatment (whatever that is) which was a birthday present last year!

Will be riding nice sensible gelding and going out with a friend at yard where I used to keep Rose. Should be fun, but not sure I am looking forward to using her saddle.

I have waited a year to have the massage as I have been losing weight and I so didn't want the masseur/se to feel sick!

Oooh, what a treat. Enjoy. Although I found when I started riding again that my inner thighs protested quite a lot. Maybe a massage afterwards is the way to go... get rid of all those aches

Now that is sensible!! I only get to ride very sporadically, and last time I went I ended up on an hour and a half fittening hack..... followed by 2 horses up the gallops - both 3* event horses getting ready for the season. I couldn't move properly for a week

A massage would have been sooooo good! Have a fantastic time... I'm very jealous.. and I bet you sleep well after
