My Bogof - how big will she be and have I guessed right about her sire?

My Bogof filly is now 2 and I am delighted with her but she is currently only 15.1hh. Her mother is a big 16.3hh and her supposed father is 16.2hh but people keep saying she will only make 15.3hh at her current growth rate.

So, firstly, do any of you know any tried and tested measurements you can do to guesstimate full height and secondly if she is only little, was her father a pony and not the horse we all thought it was?

String test apparently but I have known people to have good guesses and bad with them because there are so many influences on how they grow - my 2 year old is currently standing just shy of 15hh at his bum - breeder estimated should make 16/16'1 but string test says 15'3?

String test is working for me with my Clyde x cob. I measured from the middle of the knee to the coronet band as a yearling and it came up at 16inches. Ted is now rising 3 and on course to be 16 hands. Plus I took a pic of him standing beside his mam to measure his knees and they were in line with hers if not slightly higher and he was approx 5 month then. His mam is a good 15.3hh.
