My boiy is being bullied-should I interfere or keep out?

Far too many in one smallish field for safety, there needs to be enough space for them to divide up into twos and threes and graze apart. If not have separate fields for both sexes.
I would worry about yourhorse getting a severe injury if it were mine, especialy of the others have shod feet.
Think hard about whether you can improve his life by moving..(or offering more money for a separate field for him and a few less horses..)

I'm really sorry to read this. That is one heck of a herd to all live in such a small field. With horses who know each other very well it shouldn't be a problem but as I said before I wouldn't have been happy with my new boy being put in with them in such a small area.

Hope you can sort something out as it sounds like you really like your stables. As HH says, perhaps you can pay extra to have horsey living in a field alone or with less horses. Best of luck and thank you for letting us all know how it went.
