Goodness me its going to be a long haul till March 21st when foaly comes. Truly great to have my broody home - via Gillies as she stressed out when travelling to the vets in my 3.5 tonner. Arrived fine, into stable, was late so didn't feed - just haylage. Came down 1 hour later OMG, serious sweat. Box trashed with rolling. Very little on neck just from wither back basically whole abdomen. Massaged her for an hour and she she was much better. I suppose at nearly 7 months the foal was turning. It was also strangely warm, the other mare I pulled in from the field to be company for her was quite warm too. Frost this morning. Very odd but happy to report 2 very happy horses this morning!
