My puppy (wel hes a year now) i think he may have got my other dog pregant, she running a lot slower, got a bit fatter, but im not 100% how do i know for sure HELP!!! xx sami xx

Take her to the vets and get her checked then you will know!

....do hope this is not a genuine post...however if it is ...
1. take your bitch to the vets straight away !
2. if a pregnancy is confirmed then you must begin preparations for the birth pretty quickly ( if you can see her getting fatter then it is likely that she does not have long to go !)
3. buy or get hold of a copy of 'The Book of the Bitch' by Kay White - this will itemise all the things you will need to get and go through the stages of the birth and what to do once the pups are born
4. sort out a whelping box - a strong cardboard box with one side cut down would do - place it in a quiet place away from lots of interference
5. buy some vet bed or dog fleece to line the box with once the pups are born ( not during the birth as this is quite a messy business)
6. you will need a smaller box lined with fleece to place the pups between births - it is essential to keep them warm
7. start collecting newspapers NOW - you will need loads both at the birth and when the pups are there.
8. start advertising for good homes - being left with a litter of 12 week old pups is no joke !
9. and finally ....neuter your dogs ! .....or you will find yourself in the same position in 6 months time
