So after the million threads on time wasters and numpty buyers, I wanted to share my positive story.
Had a tack room clear out so tons of stuff for sale. Lots of time wasters etc as you always get.
Sold a sheepskin numnah a few days ago. Was paid via Paypal and I went to post the next day. However, it cost a lot more more to post than I had charged. I was a bit miffed as I let it go for peanuts anyway and with the cost of postage I probably should have kept it. Never mind, you cant win them all.
Last night I got a message from the buyer saying she was very pleased with it but had noticed how much it had cost to post, so had sent me the difference via Paypal! How nice was that? It was only a fiver but 99% of people would have been pleased with their bargain and not thought twice about sending more money.
So thank you very much to the nice lady who has restored my faith in buyers everywhere
