With regards to your complaint may I remind you of point 3.45g in your contract with us:
"Disclaimer: Booboos Technique cannot be held responsible should our training gadgets fail to materialise, turn out to be entirely imaginary or bear a very strong resemblance to worthless everyday items."

I do agree but one that you shouldnt really laugh about but it did make me chuckle as I got funny pics in my head, someone said on here, someone at the yard was actually loosing the plot when her horse had colic so this lady decided to give the horse some hay then the other woman was saying oh my god your trying to kill my horse etc etc, the way it was worded was so funny.
