My filly has warts on her udders!

I have recently noticed that my almost 2 year old filly Summer has developed what looks like warts on her udders. They are the white and skin coloured, look about the same size and texture as rice crispies cereal. They don't seem to be affecting her in any way and the flies have not aggravated them. I can only find one other on the inside of her bum.

Are they just warts or something more serious? She has only recently developed them and has about 20 all over her udders. They remind me of milk warts.

Any ideas?
