My First Canter after 5 Months

I'm sorry but I've just got to tell some one!

Last night I had my first canter after falling of my mare 5 months ago!!!

I rode a different horse last night (Romany) and felt totally at ease on her - she is such a different ride to Athena.

In fact, once I'd cantered on Romany I nearly burst out crying - it was fab!

I may sound daft, but I think Romany's saddle had something to with it too. I just seemed to stay 'stuck' to it!

I can't wait to go riding again!!!

Aww well done you! Takes guts to get back on a horse after a fall - and it shakes you up a bit - but yeah go you!
