Hi guys, I took my homebred 2 year old to an agriculatural countryside show today, though he is not a hunter there was no sport horse class, so hunter in hand (2 year old) was the only class I could enter! We went for experience having only done the futurity at 4 months and then a local riding club showing class in april I feared this would be asking a bit too much, especially when the class was in the main ring surrounded by everything from the crowd to the bouncy castles to everything you would normally expect from the outskirts of a main ring!! Anyway, he was a handful, but we got through it alot easier than i expected!! Only thing he wouldn't do was stand still!!! Judge said he's going to be an absolute cracker just needs to settle down and mature a little! Well anyway we came 2nd and here's the pic!!! Am soo pleased with my boy!!! And my little mare for producing him!!!

lol, I thought this was the case!! I said to mrsmagoo when I saw a pic of ron as a foal that he was my boys clone!!! They have grown up to look fairly different though!!
 
No tenbury, 3 days later!! Weather was perfect, not too hot or too cold. Thank you tempi am umming and ahhing about doing another or leaving it for this year now and ending it on a high, there's Kington in september I could do???
