Is that Millie? I have never seen a long dog retrieve so well to hand. 
My lurcher, who was a rescue, did try to bring us her first bunny but was mugged by terriers and never bothered again.

Yes that is Millie - I must have thrown her toy (a Kong) about a hundred times tonight 
She is such a sweetheart and retrieves very well I had a glass of wine to hand I must admit, it was a trifle repetitive.....

Right! Now we have a retrieve we need to get more drive into the pick-up and turn and more speed back to you and then we can work on the formal present....whoops, I think I've got the wrong day lol

Oh Clodagh, what a shame, your poor lurcher! Ofcourse lurchers retrieve, all ours have. That's what they are supposed to do. They are poacher's dogs and earn there keep with food for the pot!
