Ok, it isn't that bad on this first and hopefully last time!

So, I get home from work to find a lady with a golden retriever on it's lead in my front garden - she was letting it have a poo like it was some sort of common land!! WTF, Hello.. my garden where not even my own dog is allowed to use it as a loo. Her excuse?? 'Barney pulled me in'... may I suggest you get better control of your dog me thinks.. I suppose I should be grateful for her picking up after him, but still!!!!

It does have gates, (currently off their hinges) which I could put back on to close but it makes parking the car tricky as it is very narrow.

My front garden isn't that big but nice and discreet behind a hedge - the only one in my road that is.

Am I right to be a little bit peeved by this, or shall I just take it with a pinch of salt?!!

I'd be peeved..very. I've had the same problem too. Also in front of my hedge and fence is a footpath and the lawned area gets used as a dog toilet frequently. Some even go to the trouble of bagging it then dumping it on the ground !! Why!? I don't have a dog nor do I blame the dogs it's the filthy bloody owners.

I would be furious, a few years ago someone in our village used to walk down the lane with their off lead dog and always allowed it to go up into someones garden to have a poo. The owner wasnt home at the time but had cctv so knew whose dog it was, his answer was to parcel it up and shove in that persons letterbox with a note saying this belongs to you. He never had a problem after that.:D
