Hello i tried to start halter training today. But my bad is shaking when a halter is near her. I need ways to calm her down.

Did you put it on her? It's quite normal for them to be wary of a foal slip at first. Just make sure mum is still and calm and stay close to her when you practice putting it on and off. Your foal is still very young, most people don't bother with a slip for a few weeks.

Is she happy with you rubbing her all over with your hand? are you guiding her about with a hand on chest, other on bum while she follows mum? they are the first stages of handling and prep for getting the halter on, I would be rubbing her then with the foal slip in my hand so she accepts it as well as she does the hand so popping it on is done with no real fuss she will find it strange and may shake her head but she certainly should not be scared as she has no reason to be if you have been handling quietly from the day she was born, that is assuming she is still very young and that the mare is easy to handle.

I would go back a step now and get her more confident in general and build up to quietly trying a bit later, for now you can do everything without one as you shouldn't be restraining a young foal by the foal slip anyway.
