Can anyone tell me why, after the same amount of exercise, my horse has sweat marks under the girth only and my friend's horse is dripping wet?

Could be a few things- your horse is fitter, less hairy. Might also be something you want to get the vet to check into. Non sweating can lead to other problems.

She is fitter and less hairy - what other problems can it lead to and is it normal? I have had her 5 years and she has always been the same!
