He is a well built Hano. Bought as 16.3 but I think he is probably 17hh, so a big lad. We have a public footpath that runs right across the middle of our field so have cameras on them so that we can keep an eye on things.
Today Whisk got bored grazing (who can blame him there's nothing in the grass right now), and decided to terrorise walkers using the footpath. He isn't nasty but I spent an amusing half hour watching him.
The walkers would climb the stile into the field and he would march up to them and stand a couple of feet away staring them down. They all stood for a while backed up against the fence trying to decide whether to risk going past him or not. :o
Eventually I took pity on them and brought him in!!

Bless him although I also feel a bit sorry for the walkers!

It's our little one (14.2hh) that does stuff like that although with lorries if they're being noisy. The other day there was a massive lorry using the drive opposite to turn, she went marching over and glared at them over her fence. Well it was 7am and it was disturbing her morning peace. She'd of been a good police pony :)

Fella (18.1 shire) used to be in a field with a footpath down the side. As soon as anyone entered, queue him galloping flat out towards them (and he is a gallop flat out and stop last min by skidding to a halt boy!) and proceed to unzip their pockets and rummage around in them! Well, that is if they hadn't jumped back over the style by then as a tonne of horse came hurtlling towards them actually causing the ground to shake!

She sounds like a sweetie!! He didn't have the same walkers pinned there for half an hour, there were 2 or 3 different lots. Eventually they would sidle past him or he got bored and wandered off. I am evil but even I wouldn't leave them stuck there for that long. :D

hehe Same here, we have a PFP across the top, our moody mare is taped off down the bottom so she cant terrorise the walkers as she has ears flat back and charges full gallop at them! which means gypsy if left to his own devices on the foot path, although he will never hurt anyone he likes to block them off the path and terrorise them for food!:o
