Well, had a mixed weekend!
First of all moved yards on Saturday. Hacked up there and she was a little spooky in the wind, and I'm sure she knew something was up, but got there ok and turned her out in her own field, seperated from the others by electric tape.
Then Sunday afternoon my numpty of a horse barged through the electric tape seperating her from the other horses. They were not playing nice, so the livery who found them had to go and get her out and put her in another field. She was quite jumpy and unsettled when I got up there. Totally unlike her. It was really windy though and she hates the wind, and her field was huge compared to what she's used to, and was lined with swishy trees. Just so unlike her to do anything like that.
So now I feel like I'm back to square one, having to settle her in the school and hacking and everything. If you've seen any of my previous threads you'll know what problems we've had with her being a fool in the school, jumping out and rushing jumps and stuff.
Worried I've made the wrong choice moving her from where she was settled and happy. Feel a bit stressed this morning! Went to see her this morning and she was ok. Just going to lunger her tonight and have a lesson tomorrow and take it slow.
