Has anyone else had a problem since their horses came in for winter? My horse has been out at night through summer, then in in day. Now changed to in at night for winter and he's gone mad! He can't cope with being out of sight of his chums, despite spending four months on box rest earlier in the year, without batting an eyelid. Can't settle him to ride and was wondering if anyone has found a calmer that might help? Have tried lunging him prior to riding but not ideal for his recovery, and seems to wind him up more! Anyone with any suggestions please as it's a long time til summer!
