I posted a while ago about my horse being footy and just generally pottery in his way off going. He has horrid feet with under run heels and broken axel. I gave him time out after last time and he came right and iv been hacking him out again and all has been well until tonight when he was shod and now he's pottery again on the yard and on turns but seemed to trot up his field ok : /
I will admit his feet were long although he was only shod a month ago this week, so have they been taken back to short? He wasn't happy stood in the yard bare foot and when the shoes were nailed on he kept trying to fall over, he wasn't happy but he's not one to kick up.
I'm going to get a lameness work up next I think but I'm so worried he has navicular. He's raced for 9 yrs and a firm ground runner.
Any help would be great.

Sounds like your going the right direction by getting the vet up. Sounds like he needs a thorough investigation. Best of luck.
