My horse only pees/poos in her stable

I've had my new girl for 3 weeks. I've never seen her pee/poor any where other than her stable. It's getting a little frustrating that she's so messy.
She's turned out 5 days a week (I know, policy). I make her a gorgeous fluffy clean bed and she marches straight in and pees and poos almost immediately. I swear she's storing it up.
Do you think she'll just settle in more in time? Or is there something I can do?
She's 10, 15.2 Section D.

Thanks in advance

Could you have a bucket ready to catch the wee and another ready to catch the poo?

I know someone who did this because their horse always weed and pooed straight after being put in the stable and it did make a difference to how much bedding was used.

How do you know she only pees/poos in the stable? Hasn't there ever been any poo in her field for you to pick up? You can't know she never pees anywhere else without watching her the entire time she's turned out, and the only way you'd know if she doesn't poo is if she's turned out alone and you never need to poo pick.

IME mares are simply pretty disgusting so you might just have to get used to it!

My little grey keeps her stable very neat, with a nice little pile off poos one side and a wee patch over the other side plus she never mixes/stirs her bedding up. CM is pretty neat too but my gelding is awful and he mixes all the poos and bedding together. Deadful boy! :p

If you are concerned, take her poo out of the stable and put it in a pile (as if she had done it herself) in the field shes turned out in, leave a couple of piles in there..count how many so you know if she has added any new piles :)...obviously if she is out with others, this aint gonna work!

My mare always pees when she comes into her stable but I've watched her during the day and she does also pee out in the field. I use a bucket now as it makes a big difference to my mucking out and seems silly not too when I can guarantee she will do it.

If she is out with company could you watch her for a few hours so you can see if any poos are hers.

My gelding prefers to pee in his own stable - although he is less fussy about pooing. I know he will hold it - all day if necessary - when we are out at a show. Its just one of those things I'm afraid!
