Sorry but I have to share this.
I've just got back from taking my 1986 Ford Transit lorry for its MOT and it flew through!
I was planning on selling it but the MOT tester says its worth its weight in gold.
There was virtually no rust and no advisorys at all!

Now do I sell it or keep it???
If I sell it I will not be replacing it because I won't be able to afford to. I was only selling it because I need the money.

What do I do??

Oh I would keep it if I was you, As it is sometimes difficult to get a good wagon.
Bless It (ARGH)

I just find it hard to drive. My ex always used to drive it for me and he had no problem with it.
I've driven it a bit maybe I just need to drive it a bit more.
I've paid the insurance up until June. The only cost I have to pay for is the tax. Which is £80 ish.

I'm worried that I might regret it if I get rid of it. As you said DoubleScoop good ones are hard to find.

Don't know if i'm being cheeky but..... if you ever want to sell the lorry i would be VERY interested in buying it!

Just PM if your ever thinking of it as like all the others said it's hard to find a good reliable one

You've just got it through an MOT so you mhave 12 months of use. You know the vehicle, if you sell ity & buy another you could end up with a problem vehicle. If the Transit is the size you ant then I'd stick with it. You'll get used to the handling of it eventually.

I think you're probably right.
I'll see how much use I get out of it between now and May.
I think I got very lucky. It was the first little lorry I looked at and I bought it. So far so good!
