Needed some transport for horse yesterday so used a self hire company whom have been used before by a friend although not myself. Any how rules are £100 for 24 hours and the tank is to be filled t the same level you recieved it in on return...fair enough.
I ended up using the lorry for 4 hours and spending £30 to fill it (fuller than before as I didnt realise the guage actually runs a fair bit over full!!)
Anyhow need to use lorry again tomorrow....possibly for about 4/5 hours again and he wanted the full £100...fair enough but...if id hired the lorry for a full 2 days I would have only been charged £190..not the £200 i will be paying so he did a deal and said £80 for tomorrow. (only £10 cheaper than a full 28hour hire when I would have used it for a 8/9 hours) Im loathed to use it and pay but i kinda need it tomorrow...now Q is do I mention the fuel!?
