I know 2'8" isn't particularly big but I'm just so thrilled with her (and it's quite big for a section a with tiny legs.) The past couple of weeks i've been gradually increasing her confidence over jumps on the lunge by adding 'scary' fillers or things beside the jumps. So today I decided to put the jumps up a bit and she jumped 2'8"! I had put poly jump blocks under the jump as a filler and put traffic cones either side- and she still jumped it without even batting an eyelid :) I think she really enjoyed it because her ears were forward and after she jumped the jump she put her tail right up in the air which she rarely ever does. Sorry for the pointless post but I'm just so happy with her and so proud of how brave she's got- she's come a long way from being a pony that wouldn't even trot on the lunge :D

aahhhh dead chuffed for you both!! I still remember when I was a kid jumping someone else's pony, must have been about 13.2 it was a problem pony and I was trying to help the owners, they wanted to know if it jumped so we started off small, it pinged them like they weren't there, ended up at damn close to 4ft and my mouth just dropped! I kept looking for the wings!! They must have sprouted somewhere!!! The pony was ace as long as you were going forward, but stop and it went backwards just as fast!!! hahaha, I loved that pony!!!

Awh :D

Must be a sec a thing, Mysti will even go over a pole in style! Then bounce for ages afterwards and prance her way back to the yard telling all the other ponies shes the most amazing thing that theyre ever gonna see! ;)
