It has occured to me, he is absoluty cracking horse. We have loads of fun - he's the perfect all rounder (we go SJ, XC, marathon length hacks etc etc ....)
So .... I have suggested to horsey owner, as per your lovely advice, that I buy him for a £1 and she has agreed

She would like me to sign something saying If I ever decide to sell him on / loan him out, i'd give her first refusal. Well I am more than happy with this

Does anyone know if a "proper" agreement like is avaliable on the web?

thats fab.
I know another lady who did this, and she now competes this horse at county level!!!
Ok your loan horse is a bit older but so long as money exchanges hands (quantity is not a problem) then it counts as a sale! its her choice how much she sells him to you for...

Id just ask a solicitor or soemone to write up a contract saying that it is all "co-pesetic" (sp?!

) and then enjoy your new horsey
