My mare asked to stay in tonight, ah bless her.

She's been out for nearly 3 weeks and has loved it. But after our hack and a little schooling tonight and after she'd tucked into her haynet as I groomed her, I went to take her out and she refused to go!! Instead, she planted herself in the yard and asked to go back to her snuggly stable with her hexagon and hay. This is the first time I have ever known her to not want to go out as she used to be almost a stablephobe. Now it seems the lady wants to stay in, kick back and relax maybe watch a bit of telly???? Anyone elses horse doing this?

Come on, she's seen the weather forecast for the week. I turned mine out for 2 weeks and was mobbed when it started getting colder, so they are coming in at night.

yep mine too have seen the forecast and decided to come in last night and tonight they have been living out for 3 weeks
