my mare is teething :/

My three year old mare is teething & has now got a small lump on the bottom of her chin. it's soft,it's not massive but roughly the size of half & egg :/

Anyone know what it could be ???

Apparently it's the new teeth forming. My four year old had these last year, dentist said perfectly normal. Now she has a much smoother bottom jaw!
