my mares gone all out of proportion???

This is Bliss, my 3yo Irish draught girl. Ive heard of bum high but looking at her in the field today her withers have shot up and she looks all front and no back end! not a good look! I realise she is just a youngster but would appreciate a cc on her conformation. first pics taken in july, last one today. comments welcome, she is loved by me regardless!!!

she will even out again give her time, she does look a bit portly though and i would be looking to shift some of that weight, i am struggling to keep weight of mine at the mo, they are in for 7-12 hrs per day
