I mentioned yesterday I wanted to order baby Coblet some mane bags.....

And today she has made me a set! With a tail bag and all!

Gem!!

[It's not actual snakeskin pattern...it's black lycra with silvery/sparkly swirls in the light but lighting was awful to photo it clearly!]

Serena - Yeah, wash mane, condition/oil, plait and bag up!

Had a lovely day today, even rode the little fella earlier properly on our own up and down the road!

He's coping fine with urban/surburbia life now! Housing estates and busy traffic? No problem. Getting more than used to being tied to garden fences and being bought out carrots whilst I have a cuppa!

Because I try in vain to find something that spooks him. Hence windy day I thought I'd stick plastic bags to him to flap about as he's only worn a saddle one....but no, he still doesn't care. :o


He was born more wise than me!

ETA - forgot to add, filled them with sand and stones to weight them down on the stirrups after also. Again...couldn't have cared less. :o

PMSL! I love the fact 'shopping' as a reason comes first!!!!!!!

Haha they're both keepers I'm afraid!!! She's not even horsey bless her, she was just going by pictures on the internet! Went out for a few hours today...came back, and they were made! She's a star bless her. I've put dibs on his custom show kit ;) :D :p

Thanks....he needs moooore though!!! He used to have such a thick mane as a baby. Then he got it all chewed off by another colt :( THEN got it rubbed off on the hay feeder in the barn last year. So at the moment, he's lacking in the hair department till it all grows back!
 
What! More hair! Thought he had a very impressive mane! :) Lol..And well one your mum.

I'm not keen on hair and my share boy has a luxuriant double mane and enough tail for four normal horses so it takes ages to groom him. His saving grace is his very fine coat and virtual absence of feathers.

Yeees, more more more!!!! :D Give him 2 more years when he's nearing 5...I can't wait to see how much we can maintain :D :p
