how can we be sure they wont ride her?

i agree with Dougie, you can`t be 100% certain it won`t be ridden, even with all the contracts in the world! sorry to be blunt about it, but unless you really know and trust the people that will be loaning the pony then you couldn`t really guarantee they won`t ride it one way or another.

you wont and you cant. Trust is a great thing but easily broken!
I learnt the hard way and im going to have to have my pony put down this year because of someone we loaned her out to who knackered her in!
be very careful is all ill say - and yes we had a full BHS loan contract which we found out wouldnt stand up in court!
