To be honest I nearly put the thing back on the shelf in the shop but then convinced myself that with the evenings drawing in and wanting to get in as many hacks as possible before the dreaded winter sets in ..... I reeeeally did need it !!! (it was more an excuse just to buy something new, but hey ho!! )

Tonight I went out just before 7pm for a quick hack with a friend, it was still light but beginning to get a bit dusky - so on went the new flashing tabbard !!

we have to do quite a bit of road work round my yard and as we were rounding a blind bend I could hear a car coming so slowed down but then he saw us and stopped - but what was really nice was it was a taxi driver and as I thanked him he put his window down and said

"you know what, I saw the lights first they're excellent well done" !!

I now feel much safer with my flashing lights on, even if some people do look at me like I'm a complete numpty!! And it's actually nice to know they do make a difference to drivers spotting us quicker! And I'd much rather been seen than squashed!!

I knew there was a reason I brought it !!

They are good aren't they? Our neighbour said she saw ours through her window and her first thought was 'what is that christmas tree doing going down the road'

We were really pleased that they stood out so well.

The one I've got I think is the one without a picture at the moment - it's £15.99 and basically a yellow high viz vest with flashers on it !!

I have a fab flashing vest (not Equisafety) they are great. However I after my experience with Equisafety I will never buy anything from them again.
