My new saddle has arrived :D :D

Yessssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After about 12 -13 weeks off, I stopped counting when we hit double figures. I now have my made to measure saddle waiting at home to be tried on my pony when I finsh work No more taking my life in my hands and riding bare back, he's a 6 year old cob. I know some will think it's a cob, plod along thing, trust me he is not. He can change direction as quickk as and fart about like there's no tomorrow sometimes.

So this is my new saddle, I love it.

Very smart. Am I allowed to ask who made it? I have a high withered horse that is coming out of retirement and I need to get a saddle for him. From past experience I think a made to measure one is the way to go.

I bet you cant wait to ride in it

Mardymare you can ask...... I worked with him for a long time and he's a good friend. Steve Sturgess made it for me. I can not wait to try it on King and really had to make myself stay at work, I'm on flexi so can leave after 4 hours, it's dangerous when you own a horse.

Oooow very nice, fingers and toes it fits well.

I like pattern on the side.

Remember no resting it over stable doors!!!!! they get tipped off, chewed, rubbed on etc and no slinging it in the back of your boot!

not that I'd do any of the above *coughs* well not for at least 4 months
