Bless her she stood on a bee this lunchtime and is not a happy whippetx, I had to carry her back from the park as she couldn't weightbear at all and although it has improved she's still very sore and lame. Unfortunately as she's on anti-inflamm's she couldn't have anything else to help but she's now recovering under the duvet!!

I think she actually enjoyed being carried back from the park, good job she's only little isn't it! She probably liked all the passersby asking what had happened xx

I wonder what the passing people thought!!
Definitely being a whippet she MUST milk it and MUST be spoilt, waited on hand and foot etc etc for at least 4 weeks.....
:)

She's spoilt as it is, she lives under the duvet which I have to lift for her (she stands and glares at me till I do it, I even wake up from sleeping to do it for her), she steals all our bed to the point where my OH almost falls out! And being a picky eater she is now on the worlds most expensive tinned dog food at £1.24 a tin (and there not big tins either).

At the age of 14 though I think she's allowed to have a few home comforts though although my best friend still thinks I'm cruel by not having a electric blanket for her, this is why when I ended up in hospital said hound didn't bat a eyelid about going to stay at friends for four days. She spent 23hrs in every day lying on top of electric blanket toasting herself!!
