This is my horses leg injury which is what I was referring to when I asked about bandaging the other da. he came in from the field like it on xmas day, no idea how he did it

I know this probably should be in veteniary but this is the first time ive posted a pic (hopefully) so dont want to risk moving it if it has worked!
 
ohhh poor thing i hope he gets better soon!

it is deep, it has gone through the fascia between the skin and muscle and has just gone into the muscle itself. he had the vet out on friday and is on antibiotics and bute. will be off for a couple of weeks tho :-(
