Hi everyone!!!!

Firtsly a huge thank you to everyone for all the 'well dones'

And to Ginn and HBII who came to support me - i must apologise to both of them tho as i was rather over excited and didnt shut up the whole time, im bad enough as it is, let alone when ive won something like that

Well Blossy and i are now 'Petplan Novice Open National Champions'

and ive got to say im SO chuffed!! Mum cried when we found out id won, and i nearly did too!! What a last competition for Blossy to have, and she really tried her hardest for me. We got 67.93%, which for Novice Open at National level and for Blossy (who cant do a step of medium trot and was up against ALOT of big moving WBs) is pretty good!

The woman i won with was lovely and her horse was totally gorgeous - apparently they dont think there has ever been a joint win before at the Nationals, obviously we got the same mark and exactly the same accumlative mark too!! Her horse was 6 and VERY well behaved in the prize giving!

Bloss on the other hand behaved like a complete tit in the prize giving and reared (which Ginn has a fab picture of), ran backwards, bucked, squeeled and was generally a pain in the backside!! But i know she loved it!

So apart from that gorgeous rug (!!) i got a gold (well its more yellow, but it is meant to be gold!) plaque, a lovely sash and rosette (in the post as they only had one of each so i got the rug and the other woman got the rosette/sash and she gets sent her rug) and £50 which paid the entry fee and stabling fee

Mum videoed my test and prize giving so il get them online at some point, and Ginn took HUNDREDS of photos as usual, and HBII took some on my mums camera too. So when i get a chance il get some online, probably on monday tho as im wacked out now!!

Oh, and i managed to spend a fair amount of money in the shop too

Well you have NO worries on the weight front hunny.
Your legs are so long and thin it would take 1 millon birthday cakes to get any fat on them lol

Oh how utterly fantastic for you and such a well done you to, the say that's one of the hardest classes to win as well (not jsut because it's a national but because so many people/horses are in that group/level) Really really well done you.
Photo's please oh new forum super star

However i train Archie weekly/fornightly (depending on what im doing) with Andrew Gould.

What a fab result I am a total believer in fate and it was meant to be - what with the YR giving up, wildcard entry and her last comp for a while.

I am i so happy for you
