My riding boots are making my horses side bleed

Right, Ive had these riding boots for about two weeks they have quite a sharp sole and they are slowly gouging holes in my horses sides; today they were literally bleeding! I personally think this is terrible, I frequently ride him in spurs and have never made his sides sore. The boots have had 2 weeks wear, and are now not "as new" do you think I could return them.... seen as they are useless!

if you take pics of your horses side and see the damage they have made then yes you can take them back because they are faulty goods. (i think

They have to be fit for the purpose sold under the Sale of Goods Act which they clearly aren't

I would have thought that if you bought them from somewhere reputable they would be quite happy to exchange them because they must be faulty.

blimey, what are the soles made of razors, i would get rid, they sound very faulty.
