my shar pei loves fireworks! is that weird??

has anyone else got a dog that likes fireworks?? or is my dog weird my dog is 1 1/2 and for the past two bonfire nights she has come with me to the fireworks display and just sits there minding her own business watching the fireworks sitting near the bonfire to keep nice and warm! has anyone else got an animal like this as everyone looks at me funny when i take her to bonfire night! :D
 
I took my 11 month old lab and my 2 1/2 yr old Spangle to the fireworks - I got a few comments, but they were great and not scared.

The Spangle watched in wonderment and the lab when the first bang went off put his tail between his legs, but after reassurement was as good as gold and both totally calm, just sat beside me and watched.

I took them as I thought it would be good as another 'socialisation' thing and if they were terrified i would have just taken them away.

People marvelled at how calm they were at the end, but they know now that there is nothing to be scared of.
