My little sister is home from uni for the holidays, so of course I spoke nicely my YO, J, and borrowed her little grey 5 yo to go for a hack with Geoff and I. We went our 'hill work' route, up into the forestry tracks in the hills. Did some great canter and trot work on the ups and downs... and had a great flee up one 14% incline.

Since I am terrible at remembering to post pics on our updates, I thought we'd take the opportunity to share these!!

We are very lucky with the scenery! Especially as I am moving him next month to a yard in the outskirts of the city, where the hacking is not a patch on this :( will miss this!

So lovely to have C home, we had such a good natter and was so lovely to have a hacking companion!!!
