My Update Too.

Well just changed dressing on little foal with the nasty wound on his leg. The swelling has gone way down which makes it look a little better, however there is a change in colour which I am going to keep a close eye on. Still not infected and I'll give him another penicillin shot later today so keeping my fingers crossed. I really want to get the bandage off him and let the fresh air into it but that isn't possible right now....hopefully in a couple of days.

He honestly is a total star. He is soooo good and just lets you do whatever you have to do without the slightest fuss. Daughter is looking after him well and is in charge of taking the hay down to him and his little friend. She doing good though - still asks if he will die, but apart from that she is bearing up really well. Poor little blighter. At times I really do think my daughter is such a dear little creature....
