The dogs had an extended walk today as I was blackberry picking too - Flick was brilliant, she was off the lead and kept coming back to make sure I was still there/OK

So when I got to the yard there were no horses in the lower paddocks.... I thought "well, she has been so good, I will try her off the lead in the big field".....

Cue mad greyhound running around in huge circles (so funny and so sweet to watch

) quickly followed by mad greyhound diving under one of the paddock fences

OMG I thought, she is going to chase the horses
shocked.gif
Oh no, she had other things on her mind.... she found the nearest bit of horse poo and rolled in it comprehensively

Then she ignored me calling her whilst she ate some

then finally she came racing happily back across the field to me

I washed her at the yard with Bob's shampoo, but she is still green instead of white

Doncha just love them

I think the best thing to wash them with is Hibiscrub! Otto rolled in something foul the other day (I have a sneaking suspicion it was human poo

) and I Hibiscrubbed it once and he was sparkly white and still smells of hibiscrubbed freshness!

Ac-tu-ally she is the one who has started refusing to eat her breakfast, I am thinking of changing her to one meal a day
confused.gif
Probably she is eating too much horse c*ap and feels full all the time

I was wondering last night why on earth I would like another one next year
crazy.gif
- I think I have officially changed my mind

if all else fails I normally use Wahl's Dirty Beastie horse shampoo on my black terrier as she has a liking for rolling in fox or goose poo - also its what I use to keep my westie looking white (ish)
