Hi both, thank you so much for asking about Poppy.

Yes, she is doing much better thank you. I posted on Saturday evening. She was allowed to come home on Saturday, but we had to keep her really, really quiet.

Her bloods are much better! Her platelets were 7 this time last week, and at our last blood test on Monday they were 217 and the vet is really pleased with her. Her red blood is stabilizing as well.

We have to keep calm, but not as quiet as over the weekend (she was on defindate bed rest) and she is definately stronger with each day. She was brighter yesterday, and is a bit brighter again today. The difficulty is in keeping her calm when she is so bright. Dizzy thing.

Puffing is normal when they are on steroids the vet says. And she will drink more.

We have an appt a week Weds just to check her blood and then see if we can gradually reduce her steroids.

Thank you so much for all your help. It meant the world to me when I was really scared last week.
