mystery lameness?

My four year old went suddenly lame last June. Nothing to see or feel or on x-rays, either by first vet or Veterinary Hospital Leehurst.

He's still lame. Has anyone had experience of long term lamenesses coming right?

It's his off hind.

try a thermal imaging camera - theres a lady in staffordshire that does it look on her website www.theinnerpicture.com
shows which parts are inflammed

I'm just giving this a bump. Plenty of views but no answers.
I only want to hear of other horses which did or did not come sound after long rests.

i realy thinks it depends on the injury iv know horses with broken pedal bones never come sound navicular can come sound with field rest as some other soft tissue injuries do i had a freind whoose four year old pts because of ligament damage no amount of field rest would have made him better so depends on injury,horse,and luck and a great vet
