Hi everyone

Some of you may have read a recent post I had put on the forum about my horse and problems I was having with her being more stressed than usual. Anyway I've got the vet coming on Thursday but whatever the outcome I was thinking of trying her on a herbal remedy for cushings. I am trying to find out what is the recommended amount of chasteberry to feed a horse so that I can compare the amount in cushinaze and feedmark c-plus. I've googled it but keep coming across feed 1 teaspoon 2 x daily usually but I'm trying to work out how many grammes to feed.

If I've done my maths right (!) I worked out that in the feedmark c-plus at 3 scoops per day she would be getting 13.05g chasteberry. My horse is 15.3hh thoroughbred and a fussy feeder so I'm not sure she will eat 3 scoops so was thinking of feeding a bit less but don't know how this amount compares to other products?

Does anyone have experience of the c-plus and if so does anyone feed slightly less than recommended with good results? I'll try the 3 scoops but have just got the sample pack and it has quite a strong smell so not sure how she'll get on!

Also I wanted to compare how many grammes of chasteberry are in the cushinaze but can't find this information. It is recommended to feed 25g-50g per day of the cushinaze but it has loads of other ingredients in so not sure how much of this is chasteberry. I just wondered if anyone knew how many grammes of chasteberry are in the cushinaze?

Thanks for any help.
