NAF EnerG

Saw an advert for this and wondered if anyone has used it.

My lad is on red cell at the moment and I wondered if anyone thought it was as good?

Not tried the NAF one but I don't think there's anything out there that comes close to Redcell. Mine is on Propell Plus ATM and it's no where near as good as Redcell. He's only on it because I couldn't get RC anywhere locally.

Thanks, Ive only ever tried red cell and coming to the end of my first bottle, and I cant believe the difference in my horse, maybe I'll just stick to red cell

Mine had Redcell earlier this year, after a load of vet treatment and turning him into a pin cushion, as I felt he needed a bit of a pick me up. It was like rocket fuel and he was bouncing all over the place

He had his flu jab in Nov and always gets a bit down after that so I went out with the intention of getting more RC to pick him up again. Got Propell instead and he has perked up but not as much as on the Redcell. He is also being v finicky about eating the PP whereas he'd had eaten RC on its own I think.

My 2 year old has been on EnerG following a virus. I was going to get Red cell but couldn't get it locally so went to get teh Naf blood liquid and bought EnerG instead. brilliant, it has higfht levels of iron than the Blood liquid and had my youngster back to normal within 3 days.

I have been feeding both my boys EnerG when they were a bit 'down' earlier this winter.

On speaking to a mate of mine, who is our regional NAF rep, it is actually a replaceent for Blood Liquid, which will be fazed out next year.

We're on Ener-G having changed from red cell. We had also tried Propell without much success.

IMO it is brilliant. Red cell is really good - but to get a consistent response we had to feed over several weeks. But we can see a response from the EnerG in about 2 days - so you can use just before a show and then stop again. Plus its cheaper.

It really has been rocket feul for a very laid back cob X. The difference is really marked and over a much faster period than Red Cell. I do love red cell and it took a lot to change when I couldn't get it locally. But now I have I won't change back.
