NAF Oestress - anybody had a reaction to it?

Not you personally of course!...your mare.

Just looking for feedback as have just started my mare on it (on vets advice) and she has developed some swellings under her belly this weekend (she appears very uncomfortable and was unable to girth / ride).

I Will be getting vet out again, and this could just be a coincidence, but would be interested to hear if anybody else has had a mare that reacted to the product and how.

Well I can't help you on a reaction physically.But have you found it to benefit your mare?Is she less moody ect.I'm curious to know as I used it on my mare a few years ago and found it only to compress her moodiness not make her less moody she was just grumpy!

I have used it on and off for years on my mare and I do think it helps her. Shes not moody, just flirty with the boys. Seems to curb it and she coming up 21.

out of interest why did the vet recommend it? have you found it has helped?
only asking as been looking into it for my mare
