NAF Oestress liquid in soaked feed

This is probably a silly question, but I want to add NAF Oestress liquid to my stroppy mares feed, and I was wondering if it makes a difference whether the feed is soaked/dampened down?
She has an alfa and pony nut mix with bition twice a day that has to be like soup else she throws it in th water bucket so obviously doesn't get the bition she needs.
I know it all ends up as a sopping mush in their stomach anyway, but will the water I add to the feed cancel out the Oestress?

Considering the main ingredient in the Oestress liquid is water I cannot see how it will make any difference to put it in a wet feed.
