New horse was more headshakey than normal today (although I did find out one of his boots had worked loose when I got off). Anyway, has anyone tried Shake Relief and has it had any noticable effects?

Hi. Yes, I have used NAF shake relief on my mare. She is a seasonal H/S and it did make a significant difference to her. Plus marmite tea also helps with the flies. It is worth a try. Also Cetirizine antihistamines have been known to work. They are the same as the ones used for hayfever in humans (zirtec)

didn't seem to make a difference on my boy
but it's one of those things, what works for one doesn't for another
however the nose net is brilliant and really improved his head shaking, can't remember the last time he did it
