Nag rags show rugs?

Do these come up small or big? My friend said to order a size bigger but i'm not sure...on the website it says for a 16.2 i need a 6'6 which is what my mare normally takes but don't want to order it if it's going to be too small!

I have one, its 8 years old now!!

Its a bit small, it was OK if a tiny bit small before my girl muscled up and was a 5ft3 (rug is a 5ft3). Now shes a 5ft6 its too small but I still use it.
